The week passed without much event. I caught up with Grace over burgers at Gusto and hurriedly cleaned my house for Ryan's upcoming visit. Chris drove to Miki on Thursday evening, and we celebrated a quiet birthday dinner at Osteria Dell 'Arancio. the owner seated us at a cozy corner table, and we indulged in the best eats in town.

Finally, pictures. As you can see, the place is small.

I had the saba, grilled to a crisp and served over creamy pumpkin risotto.

The owner dimmed the restaurant lights and delivered Chris's dessert of melon pudding with a special message.
